Goal
Our goal was to strengthen Turquaz Group’s online visibility and improve customer engagement through social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook. By running targeted campaigns, managing both organic content and paid promotions, we aimed to increase brand awareness, engage a larger audience, and drive more interactions and inquiries. Additionally, we aimed to enhance the customer experience on their website by integrating an AI-powered retail chatbot.
